No, Trump Isn’t Guilty of Incitement

by all measures, it was mostly peaceful. same standard the media used for the BLM riots.

Trump did not call for violence. In fact he said the exact opposite. Respect law enforcement, and be peaceful. That is not incitement. Free speech to disagree with an election result is not incitement. We will not listen to your deep state lies.

Dude he said that two hours after they got violent

His aids had to beg him to say something

The president watched them kill people before he made an y public remarks

You are a horrible person grind

The FBI and theNYPD warned trump they were there for violence

I guess trump didn’t believe them so he called Putin and Putin vouched for these racists

They Nuked Parler for a reason!

Yeah...the rats are scurrying. How many will show up on JPP? They need social media networks to coordinate, so they will keep going down the ladder until they get to one where they can.

And so will the FBI.

I've been seeing a resurgence on Facebook news comments. Guess they missed the kind of sleek easy to use interface that only liberals can design.

the election was fraudulent.

No it wasn't, and this is the same lie that incited the insurrecton.

So...that means you're guilty of trying to incite an insurrection on the internet.

Just because this forum is anonymous doesn't mean law enforcement can't still track you down through it.

Lawyers will definitely disagree with you. This isn't about your opinion, but the law.

John Adams, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, Paul Revere, and Patrick Henry all incited rebellion against their lawful king.

Anyone got anything to say about that?

Any hypocrites wanna howl about their SHAMEFUL UNDEMOCRATIC LAWLESS TREASONOUS behavior?

yeah, you are right about the founding fathers rebelling against a king ruling them from 3400 miles away without any representation. and you compare that to trump inciting invading the capitol to try and force or intimidate pence and legislators to overturn a fair election? what a stupid fuck comparison......go to your room.

Our Tennessee cracker is so full of shit.
Trump sought assistance from the trumpanzees to overthrow the government of the United States.
He got it.
Fortunately, the marauders had the effectiveness of trumpanzees.

Nope. No it wasn't. They erected a gallows.

they erected a "gallows"

which was actually an art project, not an actual gallows, without an actual real noose, and it was a half a mile away from the capitol. Also, remember that george bush had numerous effigies burned of himself.

Again, your hyperbole betrays you.

Yes, he did. And now it seems like you're starting to get a little worried because if what Trump said incited violence, that means repeating those lies on JPP is also incitement.

As a JPP Staff member, you of all people should be aware of that liability, and that merely being a mod on an anonymous forum doesn't shield you.

no, he didn't, and your big lie isn't going to work on me.

Truth is an absolute defense. There is no liability here, and america still has free speech, no matter how adverse that is to your communist principles. I am allowed to disagree with you, you just have to eat my shit and deal with it.

In fact, by allowing that incitement to continue on the site, you are responsible for it. You could be sued if someone on JPP acts on the lies you've been spreading.

Think very carefully about your next steps. The FBI is probably already watching.

go fuck yourself

Yes, it was peaceful until, Rudy, Eric, Mo and Donnie whipped them into a frenzy, then Trump finished it off by telling them Pence disappointed him and that they shouldn’t be weak. This is the Trump double speak. Be peaceful, but don’t be weak. Crazy people only hear the words they want to hear, by the time they got to the Capitol a group was yelling “hang Mike Pence” and “where’s that bitch Pelosi”. It’s rumored Trump was very pleased they sieged the Capitol, proven by the fact that he never called Pence to check on him, but was busted calling his allies to make sure the vote would be delayed.

right, trump says something, and you read his mind and declare it the opposite. Seems you are the one doing double speak.
