I could easily see Joke Biden mandating that all commercial interstate drivers (eg., truck drivers) be required to wear a mask at all times. Enforcement wouldn't require courts per se. It could simply be their, and possibly the company they work for losing their licensing and such until they are proven not guilty. That would economically destroy them as thoroughly as any court conviction.

No, but many Democrat governors already are because they already require this:

For most truck drivers, that means that your risk when you’re alone in your cab is low, but a mask may still be required. Whenever you make contact with others, a mask is a must. That includes pumping fuel, going into a truck stop or gas station, picking up food, and being at a shipper/receiver.

"Regarding the use of face-coverings while driving, there is no need for drivers traveling alone or with members of their households to wear face coverings unless they must lower their windows to interact with first responders, food service workers, or others who are not members of their households," the county said in a followup news release on April 8.

You're not supposed to remove your mask without first washing your hands. If those people have several stops to make, they're correct in leaving on their masks.

As for your last rant: Masks apparently do little or nothing as the cause or reduction of rate of infections. It appears at the moment that cold weather is a far bigger factor:

The mask I wear, I only touch the rubber bands, not the mask, if you can't do that, maybe you should even be driving.
