Will Trump be Reelected via Electoral College or via 12th Amendment ?

For a while it was looking like certain contested States were simply going to punt and just abstain from sending electors, thus denying either candidate the 270 electoral votes needed to win and sending the vote to the House whereby Trump would win by a lopsided 31-20 margin.

But lately, it's beginning to look like some of those contested States are going to do the right thing and flip back to Trump thus giving him the 270 electoral votes to win outright.

If I had to bet, ... I'm still not sure which path will take Trump to his second term.

.

Either way would be fine with me.

This thread should have asked whether Trump leaves a thumb tack or a whoopie cushion on the oval office chair when he angrily departs?
You certainly like to project, but you haven't answered the question. Which will be Trump's ultimate route to his second term? Electoral College or 12th Amendment?

You could look at it as whether the State Legislatures in the contested States will grow a spine and do the right thing by sending Trump electors to vote in Washington (i.e. Electoral College) ... or whether they don't grow a spine and instead just punt and force the House to decide in which case Trump also wins under that scenario (i.e. 12th Amendment).

It's going to be one of those paths leading Trump to his second term, so which one do you see coming to fruition?

He is a petulant child and his departure is guaranteed.
You certainly like to project, which should make it extremely easy for you to anticipate exactly what kind of meltdown you are going to have when Trump is reelected, e.g. nervous breakdown, apoplexy, melting a la wicked witch of the west, Tibetan monk self immolation, etc ...

I have no doubt it will be spectacular.

You should really reconsider meth rehab. Again.

The “path” is easy, none of the above

The path involves a prison cell and a big dude named Bubba.

You have chosen the easiest path, the Leftist path ... the path of denial leading to a snowflake meltdown. We saw this in 2016 and Leftists have built on that success and have greatly ramped up their denial for this election.

You are to be commended and I'm sure your particular meltdown will be totally fitting of your disciplined preparation.

So why did we bother to have an election if none of the votes counted? Wouldn't it just be easier to put your authoritarian urges on full display, eliminate all elections, and have Trump appoint all government officials? Why the charade?

One of America's selling points was our peaceful transfer of power after an election. That is one thing, among others, what we claimed made us different from some other countries. Presidential candidates accepted the loss like gentlemen. Even in close and disputed elections, presidents conceded and did what they thought was best for the country. That is not a factor, on what Trump calls, thinking. He thinks only about himself. He knows there are legal cases brewing. He also knows the presidency shielded him.

This thread (if it's not intended to be funny) illustrates how Trumpworld profits from the low intelligence of its members. Ordinary people are at home with election reality by now.

As we enter DC with Emperor Trump on the 6th! ALL HAIL TRUMP!

They even have some of the BITCHING Democrats on the sidewalk throwing their little fits!
