I'm stoked so far; in one month, he has completely re-shifted the national priorities. All of the important issues that were COMPLETELY ignored by the Bush admin are finally at the forefront...it couldn't be any better right now...

you need to add Bill Richardson to that list. he's not a tax cheat, but he's under investigation himself and had to drop out

The new budget was great for progressives. Education, energy/green technology, healthcare - these are the issues that I'm talking about, that are now priorities. If you look at the budget, he's proposing actual investment in each - changing the way we do things so that it will reap a solid return later.

If I may ask a question on one issue you brought up, education. How is Obama's 'investment' in education any different than other times we've 'invested' in education as a country? Is it strictly because he raised the percentage that the federal government now invests in education (which I have no idea if true but am assuming based on your postive response to it)?

Well, you're certainly fuzzy on what the following mean & stand for, Hee Haw: "tyranny," "progressive" and "communism." We can also add "socialism" to that.

not fuzzy at all.. the Communist-Socialist had to find a different name to make it more inviting, so they came up with Progressive.

you know it and must embrace it, so just say so. be proud of it.

Progressive thought has always won in the end, and will continue to win. It's an inevitable trend, that reactionaries can only fight in vain & delay.

That's why it's great to be a progressive.
