Thousands of people lined up in their cars in Dallas on Saturday to receive food from the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday next week. The organization told CBS News the food giveaway was its largest ever to date.

It used to be a point of honor to save charity for those who need it, to provide for ourselves if we can.

I don't care what state this is in... so thankful that we taxpayers and workers of America have enough that we can share when others need help.
