Jindal has to amitt the story is made up

No but it does appear you are full of shit and think insulting people equates to commenting on the content of a thread.

I only insult as good as you do dear..and I never seek you out personally just to insult you, like you do others..I commented on the thread, you didn't like it, too bad...now quit yer whining and move along..:clink:

Should Clinton have been removed from office when he lied about Monica? Please answer the question. Somehow I suspect your standard for Clinton is radically different. That said, I see nothing in the article which indicates Jindal intentionally lied about anything.

No, what you don't like is the fact that he is a minority who happens to be a conservative Republican. That's what is unforgivable. Your party will hate-smear him just as they did to Clarence Thomas and other conservative minorities.

I certainly don't thnk that Jindal should be "removed from office".... I just think it hurts his credibility early on, don't you agree?

During Katrina, I visited Sheriff Harry Lee...Jindal

Teepell said the exchange took place in the week following Katrina....

Someone gets the dates mixed up...is this recent, like Katrina was years ago....

So one says "during Katrina" and the other says "in the week following Katrina"....

Is this what its all about.....???

Man...get a fuckin' life already....WHO GIVES A SHIT

We have a misfit spending 1 trillion dollars of the tax payers money in 30 days, after complaining about Bush's 1/2 trillion spending over 8 years and you boneheads are worried about someone getting a timeline wrong over an event that happened years ago....???

I think the fact that he stretched the truth, as Joe Biden did often during his vice presidential campaign, as you may recall, reveals him to be a man of weaknesses the same as you and I.

I don't like the fact that Jindal is trying so hard to appeal to the religious right. While I am myself a religious/spiritual person, I don't believe in legislating personal morality. That said, I will support Jindal in '12 so long as he runs on a classical conservative platform.

I just can't help but find it ironic that Evince is so quick to condemn Jindal, but so casually turns a blind eye to Clinton's lie. Politicians make up stories for emphasis every fucking day. No need for hostility.

But I digress...

I suppose it's too early to tell at this point whether Jindal will be our man in '12. One thing is for sure, Republicans MUST return to our classical conservative roots if we are to be victorious. No more of the neofascist bullshit we had to put up with for the past eight years.

Misfit?

The American public support what he said in this last speech at an 80% rate.

You are the fringe fella and liberal ideas are the big time mainstream.

You did this to yourself.

80% of Democrats support the stimulus outlined by Obama. Not 80% of the US. 59% of the US supports it.

The polls after his speach outlining his plans were 80% approval.

I'm assuming they liked what they heard.

I read the article. As far as I can tell, Jindal doesn't have to "amitt" to anything.

There seems to be a burning hatred of Bobby Jindal coming from the far left as of late. Whether they hate him for his politics, or because of something else, one can only guess...

While "hate" is too strong a word for what the left thinks of Jindal, however it's qualified comes from Jindal being set-up as the next face of the Republican Party .. a role that he appears to be ill-prepared to be in.

By the time the next presidential elections roll around, he may not even be in the picture.

Republicans continue to spin the rolladex looking for the next big thing. But everyone that gets advertised as "the One" has their warts exposed when they get their moment to shine. McCain won the nomination by default as everyone else withered under the lights.

Romney will get his moment again .. by default.

you know when Palin and Jindal is hated on by the left, they are doing something right..

Neither of the two may be a slick spin master like Obama, but the American people will decide if they like either..

and the way the left and the media go out and try to destroy people is going to come back to bite them in the ass..it always does..

Too bad for you that the "left wing media" had to get a place in line behind most conservatives when it came to slamming Jindal for his lame speech the other night.

I love you're "you'll all see" posts, though.

Oh, a few Rino Republicans doesn't speak for the whole lot.
and I don't know what the hell you are babbling about with the last line..but it must mean something to you.

If I were a political cartoonist I'd draw lots of big ass balloons .. all with their air rushing out of them.

Then on each balloon I'd put ..

Palin

Jindal

Guiliani

Thompson

Romney

Huckabee

Gingrich

Brownback

Hunter

Bush

Gilmore

Paul

Tancredo

Allen

Dole (Elizabeth)

Frist

Santorum

Rice

Don't look now, but the American people have already decided on these losers.

I don't know. Huckabee stand's a good chance. The man is sharpening his message and his image so he doesn't come off as the Arkansas hillbilly that he is. The man is very bright and probably the most charismatic of national level Republican figures and that helps to cover that his views are way far to the right of the mainstream. I'd keep my eye on the Huckster and not sell him short.
