The Supreme Court does not have authority to interpret or change the Constitution.
Only the States have that authority.

Liberal is giving the government power not contained in the Constitution but claiming it is there. Try looking up the terms naturalization and immigration. You will see they are two different concepts. Also, check into English common law on which many of our legal principles are based.

Math error. Failure to use raw data. Failure to publish raw data. Failure to select by randN. Failure to normalize by paired randR. Failure to declare and justify variance. Failure to calculate margin of error value. You cannot use cooked data in statistucal math.

Kavanaugh is now claiming that the US Supreme Court has the final power to interpret the state constitutions. I disagree on this new power grab.

James Madison mentioned adding the power of vetoing state laws to the federal government's enumerated powers and the outrage was so sweeping that it almost derailed the entire constitutional convention. It was summarily dropped and never brought up again. Nothing more clearly demonstrates that the federal government was never authorized to overturn state laws than this.

I haven't seen anything that indicates that, but it he does, which I'm highly skeptical of, then he is completely violating his oath and butchering the Constitution.
