Not in the way that you can verify how they voted. A secret ballot is the norm.

Basically, the ballot is attached to your name only to the point it is verified and accepted to count. It is then separated from identifying information and placed in the pool of accepted ballots. At that point nobody can tell which one is yours. We remove the "number", that is held elsewhere... there just is no way to verify whose ballot is whose at that point.
