This is a MASSIVE success if this is true, and it is what is driving the largest gain I've seen in the stock market at the open.

Trump lied, people died....by the hundreds of thousands.

While the test results are good, the vaccine won't be ready for mass distribution for months despite the hint about doses by New Years. Still, it's good news.

“We’re in a position potentially to be able to offer some hope,” Dr. Bill Gruber, Pfizer’s senior vice president of clinical development, told The Associated Press. “We’re very encouraged.”

He'll have a hard time convincing his followers to go with the science and take it, let alone mandating all folks be vaccinated. They spent the last 5 months downplaying any success Warp Speed would have, and now they are left holding an effective vaccine and a bunch of people who now distrust it because of their ploy instead of the factual science.

Hey, the failed one-termer at least did one thing right. Although I did read already that warp speed didn't have much to do w/ this - but I'm happy to give him credit...

Would he? Wouldn't Biden be more likely to thank the people at Pfizer and all of our front line medical workers? Taking all the credit is Trump's schtick.

And, the failed no-termer (so far) wants to mandate masks for a year or some bs. No one would comply with that and no one has to.

Pretending that they weren't asked in every debate whether to accept any effective vaccine because of the party's downplaying Warp Speed is only that, pretending. Selectively remembering the past doesn't change that the question was asked because folks in that party were insisting they would not take any vaccine that "Trump said" was effective regardless of the actual science...

They were talking about their trust in TRUMP. No one ever mentioned "warp speed" or the good work that the drug companies were doing.

Unless you can produce an actual quote.

LOL. Yeah. He would. Like he tried with the (paraphrasing, and translating) "I came out with a plan in March to do everything Trump was doing, but with my name attached"... during the campaign. There is zero chance that any of his plan helped with getting the vaccine out now. Cutting the red tape was very helpful to get out the vaccine in record time and Biden had nothing to do with it.
