I am curious as to how anyone would know that the down ballots not being voted are just on Biden ballots? Is this reporting from the Trump watchers Trump told the courts weren't close enough to see the ballots?


Or it could just be that some races are more important than others when it comes to reporting the numbers. Data entry takes time and all numbers can't be entered at the same time.

While passing over sections of a ballot is allowed, there have been times in the past when partially blank ballots present technical problems for voting machines.
