how f'd up is Pennsylvania's ballot count?

Philly will need at least that long to figure out how many Biden votes they need to win PA......you'll see just how bad it is when they report twice as many votes as they have residents......

Whether it takes 3 days or a week to count all the ballots what's the big deal? Surely you want the military vote to be counted.

Mail in ballots wont START to be counted till Wednesday morning -the one's that have already arrived

Well my little shit stain, every state decides when they will count mail in ballots. Not a single one begins the day after elections. In the case of PA those ballots are counted beginning on Election Day. If it should take a day or two longer, its no big deal
