Not really, the Obama administration hired a ton of folks that filled the top tier with supporters. It will take some time to fix the politicizing of the FBI perpetrated by Obama. However, I believe in this case they were talking about the Press, not the FBI.
Four years is a long time. It's the leadership that sets the standard and Trump has been a poor leader since day one. Saying he needs four more years to do what he should have done the first four years is silly.
If there's anything to Hunter Biden's crimes, he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Same goes for anyone in the USA regardless of politics.
The problem is political partisanship. Roy Moore gets a pass and applause from Trump, but Hunter Biden is the Son of Satan? WTF? Trump wishes a pedophile and human trafficker the best but because Joe's son is a loser, Joe is tainted too? This goes to basic American fairness and I'm not seeing it.
The issue isn't that Joe's son is a loser, it was the 10% held for "the big guy" that Bobulinski has identified as Joe Biden. That's what associates Joe with this. For the last three and 1/2 years we have heard undocumented sources supposedly say the worst crap and it gets reported slavishly by CNN, etc. but now a sourced credible story is ignored by the same when new evidence becomes available to them because they do not like the personality in the office... That is not American fairness.
Eight years was a longer time. And yeah, Trump should have been more direct in firing folks that Obama hired to fill the top tiers of the FBI with leftist politicos. Nobody is perfect, and Trump very much isn't... That being said, eight years to undo eight years of damage seems fair to me.

Investigate and, if warranted, prosecute. I'm good with it. It's when powers are used unfairly such as the Roy Moore situation, who actually ran for office, that citizens should be concerned.
Four years is a long time. I don't buy the Deep State/Obama's fault bullshit. Like any other group, there are a few bad apples but, like police and the military, professionals in the FBI, CIA, NSA and other alphabets are American patriots, most of whom has sworn an oath to the Constitution.
IMO, Trump is whining because he's getting his ass kicked in an election. That said, investigate. At worst it'll just make Harris POTUS. LOL
It takes months to build a house, but only ten minutes to set it on fire. If Trump was worth a shit, he would have cleaned house the first year and spent the last three years rebuilding.

There are no crimes, and the 'investigation' started last December when Giuliani brought those laptops in for 'repair'.
The FBI was given the devices, and have been following the Russian trail for almost 1 year. I would imagine that any crimes would have been discovered by this time. Don't forget...this hoax was started when Giuliani went to Ukraine during the impeachment in the hopes of digging up something.
Finding nothing, he and his Russian cohorts fabricated this ridiculous story.
