Same Sex Marriages

Correct. Most people follow their conscience almost without realizing it. The only time we might realize it
is when we're confronted with a situation where we NEED to choose.
Example: Someone of the same sex makes a pass at you and you choose to refuse their offer.
You've just made a choice/decision. You've followed the natural inclination that God installed into your conscience. Some others choose to accept the offer.
I'm sorry you don't think that people are responsible for consequences of their decisions, but that's just the way it is. Own it.
Continue loving all sinners and pray for them if one is a real Christian, Jew or Muslim. The fake believers will exposed, so don't worry about them.

People are responsible for the consequences of their decisions.

Homosexuality is not a decision. The end.

Choose to associate, not choose who we desire.

A common old Internet question is "Ginger or Mary Ann?" Most guys prefer Mary Ann. Why? It's not just a choice, it's a desire. Yes, they'd fuck Ginger six ways from Sunday, but they consistently desire Mary Ann over Ginger by 4 to 1. Why? It's not just a choice. It's a desire.

same thing, different "category" of attraction. LOL

Easy choice if there's no desire there.

Example: A husband is on a business trip and guy offers to buy him a drink. Easy to say no. Then a woman makes the same offer. Since the vast majority of men desire women (about 98%), he's much more likely to be tempted into accepting. Why? Because he desires a woman and not a man.

In short: It's easy to say no to something you don't want. Harder to say no to something you desire.

no worries I respect your willingness to stand up for your faith! Jack is not even a believer, so I listen to nothing he says!
Actually, I have no faith up for which to stand. I really was only specifying the text in the Bible. When the discussion is "what the Bible says" then that's easy to determine ... we can just crack it open and take a look.

When it comes to what you believe the message is, I'm happy to let you determine that.

Rock on.

People need to ask themselves.........WHY would someone who is supposedly the guardian of the faith go directly against the teachings of the faith as written in the Bible? BTW......all this is being done against the backdrop of decades and decades of suppressing the truth about what was being done to young boys within the church. Not exactly rocket science here......;) How sickeningly corrupt can it get!!!

It's too bad you refuse to hold Trump and the GOP to the same standards.

Exactly: Attraction. If the poll was Ginger, Mary Ann or the Professor, the Professor would only have about 2% of the vote while the women would garner about 98% of the vote. Why? Because of male sexual desires.

If the only other person on an island is male, do you think Stretch would decide to have sex with him after years and years of no women to relieve his sexual frustration?

Well, take it up with the LBGTQWXYZ community. Back in the 70's everyone went crazy screaming and crying about "We can't help it! We're born that way!"
Then about 15 years ago they changed all that and made it an empowerment cry. No more victimhood messaging.
"I'm queer and proud! This is MY choice, not YOURS! I'll live and be what I want!" on and on and on and on...........
Then we all got treated to people choosing to "try" and change their gender...then change back if they wanted to...then self identify as whatever barnyard animal they choose, etc. etc.
Defying the simplicity of "Born a male? You're a male. Born a female? You're a female.
Do whatever you want. Justify whatever sin you choose.

Thanks. Somewhere it mentions 'abomination'. And, I understand it's been translated a few times, so it may not be 'precise', but probably is accurate in 'tone'.

So, the Question is: 'Who do we follow?'

1. God's Law.
2. Man's Law.

IMO, 'God's Law' is unchanging and set in a Primitive Time.
'Man's Law' is conditioned on changing as times change, and uses Reason & Logic to come to conclusions.

So, basically ... who cares what some Fruitcake says in Rome when we live in America and it's the 21st century.

We either believe in the constitution which allows folks to believe in God differently than you do or we do not. Personally I do. So, "man's law" is where we go with this.

Desire something you want. Don't make mountain out of a mole hill. I get it.

Who gives a shit who marries who?

If it's consenting adults, marry whomever you want. Marry as many people as you want. If it's all consenting (and not like NXIVM), who cares?

Don't understand what other people's marriages have to do with your own, or society as a whole.

well hunger is a natural thing, homosexuality is not!
All I'm getting at is that humans have drives. Hunger, sex, thirst, others ... We humans are driven by are drives, hence the word "drive."

It seems pretty clear that homosexuals are driven to have sexual relations with others of the same sex, and they choose whether they actually do or not.

I just think that what is "chosen" is getting confused in the complexities.

Are you admitting you understand the difference between choosing who you fuck and having the desire to fuck them?

Example: About 98% of American men would rather fuck Melania than Trump, but there's still those 2% who'd rather fuck Trump. There's another 2%ish who'd like to fuck them both or be dressed up in a bra and panties while fucking either one of them. Those are desires.

BTW, do you know the difference between Kinky and Perverted? In Kinky you tickle your lover with a feather. In Perversion you use the whole chicken.
