I played that video back in the beginning. We all saw Floyd complaining of breathing problems while he was walking and standing.
The cops were horribly negligent...at best.

I sort of pity Floyd at this point.

I think he knew he was going to die or trying to die. In a more sane world Floyd would be an object lesson for not doing drugs. You’re right about the cops: they basically failed to recognize the degree of Floyd’s distress.

For whatever it’s worth, since it’s highly unlikely Floyd would still be with us today if the cops never showed up.
