Russia needs China's economy -since western banking (trade) is basically shut off due to sanctions
But Russia and China now have a defacto military alliance -they have even held exercises together
China and Russia have become closer and closer - largely because of foolish sanctions
and meddling in Russia's border affairs Donabass ( the Euromaidan) by the USA

The point that I am getting at is that this is not a relationship between equals, or like has been the case with the relationship between Germany and France where the two decide to act as if they are equals......pretend that they are equals even though France is and has been much weaker. There is China, the next lone global superpower, and their special friend Russia...special friend only so long as Russia behaves and provides value to the Empire.
The other current member of the Empire is Iran.....China/Russia/Iran makes for a team that will certainly kick our ass anytime they decide they want to, especially since Europe and Canada are nearly useless in every way as for any help that would come our way....Europe is already quickly moving towards the Empire.
China needs Russan cooperation in the arctic, and especially needs access to Russian weapons/designs -
equal to what NATO can field in quality -but funded with Chinese abilities
Iran is a mess -if they breakout they are gonna be a pariah to Russia, or really more like thier relationship to NK
India is the key. Swing India away from China (and they are having border wars) and that is a yuge counter
India is key only to the question of how long it will take the Empire to get to global domination, for China to get to lone superpower status. The problem with India is that they can never get their shit together, so many tries have been made, nothing ever works. Also India is tied to Pakistan which is tied to Afghanistan so far as China is concerned....this is a very complicated situation. I dont have any visibility on how this is likely to play out though over the years I have been trying to find people to teach me, people who understand all of this.

The odds of a random black person being killed by a cop is going to be somewhere in the basement. I’m too lazy to Google it.
But let’s have some fun with the analogy. The ‘high risk population’ for death by cop amongst blacks are those that engage in criminal behavior and/or resist arrest. In fact, there’s almost a perfect correlation between black man resisting arrest and death by cop. So, this population represents nursing home residents in this particular analogy.
So they should absolutely be quarantined from cops.
Here’s the part that’s maddening because *everyone* knows it’s true: statistically, blacks have more to fear from other blacks than cops or COVID. COVID will be gone at some point [it may even be on the way out as we speak] but black on black murders *and their disproportionate numbers* will still be there.
But no one wants to talk about it. It’s nearly to the point we’re not allowed to.
Thats the beauty of Trump.
He really isnt GOP which is why they hate him.
He is the third way and hes making things happen like noone before.
Could be but both would love a puppet who goes backwards on things.

IMHO India is certainly a wild card in the mix.....
Not sure what you mean by India swing away from China. They just got over their latest boarder spat & there will be many more + India is taking no part in the belt & road like Russia & most of the rest of the planet.....
USA, India, China & Russia + all tilting, pivoting & pandering for position & advantage..... Such is the way of the world..

Wow! I actually find myself agreeing with Darth on something. Has no one noticed that more unarmed whites are killed by the cops than unarmed blacks, yet, for some reason, only black lives matter?

I have often agreed w/ him.. I like him, I think he one of the more decent folks here...
I think those who have looked, have found the truth but then facts don't mean a lot to most ppl.........
Only facts that do matter to them are those that fit their preconceived biases.....
If ppl actually took the time to listen to what their opposition says, sometimes they'll fine a nugget or two, maybe even a pearl now & again......
