In true Orwellian Newspeak fashion, the old definition of liberalism no longer applies. That';s why I qualified my statement with "modern".

Liberalism has never underpinned anything...ever...except dictatorships and oligarchies.

Libertarianism is not liberalism. It never has been.

Actually, in this case, the goal of the Democrats is to implement fascism by oligarchy, or dictatorship by committee. Eventually, or course, the chairman of that committee will become a dictator outright.

Your second sentence is correct. Liberalism, however, is the underpinning of the American republic, and is that philosophy which moved Europe away from absolute monarchy and feudalism toward democracy.

Progressivism exists only in a liberal society, and seeks to undermine it to the point of collapse. In an already illiberal society (like a monarchy or anarchy), you see the immediate charge toward totalitarian ideology.

Never did. The United States is not a democracy and never was. It is organized as a federated republic.

A true monarchy is totalitarian.

In monarchy, the gov't owns everything and everyone, which is identical to Socialism.

Please provide proof that these two diverse groups (anti-fa, blm) have a public record through their individual leadership endorse and support each other. What "militancy" in relation to violent action has BLM done or advocated? What have you to offer other than supposition and conjecture?
