Does/how does wearing a medical mask out bother/affect you? Physically/socially/other

It's basically virtue signaling at this point. Notice how libtards don't even want to address all the face touching with dirty hands. Even in this thread one of the retards said they ripped the mask off on their way to the car. Did he/she/it wash their hands before touching the mask? After? Did they sanitize? Did they stow the mask appropriately and safely? Of course not.

My wife works in a manufacturing facility and wearing the mask is killing her, maybe even literally.

They were going to make us wear them at the gym but common sense prevailed, thankfully.

Serious question. Not a judgement. "Bother" is used in the context of comfort, breathing, or appearance.

It's all anonymous, go for it but. It's a legitimate question in the most CURRENT context and worth asking and understanding!

(No need to trash the thread).

I wear a mask all day at work. 5 days a week. It’s a pain in the ass. Uncomfortable. Fogs my glasses. Muffles speech. The employer requires it, but I would anyway. It’s a signal to the customer that we have them in mind. Same reason I wear it when I enter stores.

Will I wear it indefinitely? No. When this thing passes, when R drops below 1, when there’s a vaccine? I don’t have the answer to that, but will face it at the appropriate time.

Sounds logical to me. And hope much sooner than later.

I dont emulate Trump at all,...In fact AS A PERSON I dont like him all that much. But I do love his platform and policies which is why I will continue to support him...

His policies are failed and suck unless you're the top 5% getting the lions share of the tax cuts. And no top 5%r is on this board.

I wear a bandana. The only places I've been in the past 2 months are a Mexican restaurant once for take out and the supermarket twice a week(I do it that way so I don't spend any longer than 20 minutes inside. In that time span, I have not heard one cough or sneeze or sniffle, or any indication of anyone being sick, and believe me I've been looking and listening(yeah, yeah, I know, everyone is "asymptomatic" right?). For the most part, this whole thing has been a retirement preview for me. I did lose my sister to this, but she had so much co-morbidity that I was just waiting for the phone call.

It must suck being on land. Almost feel bad for you folks.

Not for me. I have no concern. Knowing and understanding infection control protocols for decades I have to chuckle to myself at how inept the general public is if they really, really wanted to protect themselves and were serious about others. They may as well wear a Halloween mask. Actually that would at least be more entertaining.

I'll let your god Dr. Fauci explain!

Yeah, me too. The employer is telling us that we’ll wear masks until the end of the year. My bet is around Labor Day. Unless we have a second round.

The retired ND grad who works in retail to make ends meet has an effing boss telling him he has to wear a mask! Priceless.

That is dumb. Okay, as shit. Fear of disease, this disease--you're 'allowed' to be afraid.

If some people walk around a town with a DUCK sitting on their heads, they are going to look like freaks. If the vast majority of people in a region or country walk around with a DUCK on their heads, it will become the norm.

When the CDC of a country says WEAR them for you and your loved ones, you're still afraid?

I will ask the question re OPTICS. Are you still shopping for women? Masked men aren't sexy? Are wimps?

Superman, Spiderman, Zorro?

Some heavy metal artists have worn them in the past as well as the archaic plague masks. If people are concerned about how they look they can get a script filled for a new drug called Getdafukoverit.

You need the mask as a symbol of fear to perpetuate your new normal paradigm shift power grab and attempt to legalize voter fraud so goosestep off a fucking cliff.

This is a great little job. Great hours. Great crew. I enjoy working. Next month, I’ll be triple dipping. Never made so much money my entire life!

Yeah, funny thing about being in the work force. One usually does what the boss says. Being a deadbeat, you probably never had rules to follow.

:rofl2:

You do know what double/triple dipping is, don't you? You just got a retail job.....hardly triple dipping if you are retired from the profession you claim...

What concern of that is yours? After all, we all know that *you* didn't retire from the profession you claim.
