There you going changing what I said again. I did not say they were not a threat. I said they have miniscule political power. Any person or group can be a threat if they kill people.

Nazis have done these things and are currently doing them. That's why they are a "national threat".
No shift. Islamist groups have committed terroristic acts and mass murders in the past plus they still want to do so. There have been numerous plots uncovered and prosecuted that the FBI prevented (read McCabe's book).
I'm not aware of Islamic terrorists in the US...but I am aware of Nazi and BoThSiDeS terrorists.
