Life expectancy is more of a lifestyle then medicine.
So that's not a good metric of who has better medicine.
Healthcare isn't medicine. The care for your health should be up to you. you should only ever need insurance for medical expenses.

You're not even making horse sense because you offer no factual evidence that the latter is less costly "in the long run" (clearly, you're ignorant about the COLA, which the USPS met with increase in services by Pennies).
