Bloomberg will not be the Democratic nominee, he is too Trumpian for a principled party.
Dems principled? lol. Moron.

Why aren't Democrats demanding to see them?![]()
Last i saw Bernie was leading. He is likely going to win. I know Warren, Biden and a couple of others are desperately trying to take him out, but that is how party politics works, It is Bloomberg who is desperate, He and other billionaires figured having a real billionaire and a fake Billionaire facing each other was a win /win. They keep getting tax breaks and eliminating environmental and worker rights. The Dem primaries are going along like they are designed.

But the Democrats also changed the rules so that Bloomberg can be in the debates now. That might have backfired after that ass kicking Bloomberg got, but the plan was to have him take delegates away from Bernie. And we already saw that all of the candidates, except Bernie, are ready to let the "super delegates" decide the winner.
Which is really fucked up because those same people say we should abolish the Electoral College because it's undemocratic.
FWIW - I think the EC should be abolished and I think the Democratic Nominee should be whoever gets the most votes.
Absolutely. Democracy should mean "one person = one vote." The fact that some Democrats are being hypocrites about this means all they care about is winning.

The fact is a Wyoming vote has more power than a California vote. The righty loved the Electoral college when they found it worked for them, then it suddenly was crucial to democracy. They were all for ending it before that. The EC is a vestige of a time when it was necessary to appease slave states to get the union started. That time is sort of over. One man -one vote would be best served by a popular vote both in primaries and general elections. When the Constitution was cobbled together there were no parties.
So yeah, the federal government should handle national security, health, and environmental regulations.
See? One can support states' rights and still believe in a few exceptions.

If it favored Liberals, they'd be hollering about how the DEEP STATE is doing this to rob the people of Democracy.

Because he’s already made them available.

Sometimes Conservatives will, in bad faith, argue that without the EC, small town votes don't matter. Which is obviously bullshit, because right now most states' votes don't matter. Unless you live in a swing state, your vote means nothing. If we had "one person = one vote" then every vote would truly matter.
But yeah, it's really just about the system working for them. If it favored Liberals, they'd be hollering about how the DEEP STATE is doing this to rob the people of Democracy.
If you were educated, which you obviously are not, you would understand the genius behind the EC. But, because you enjoy being uneducated and uninformed, you will continue to bloviate like an idiot for the rest of your life.
