He sells his name. At one time that saved him from going street broke. The bankers had the bankrupt (again), semi builder, in their hands and decided his name on buildings made then sell better. So they kept him involved to increase their profits, That time is gone and building after building is removing the garish gold Trump name. But Trump talks building. Just talk, That is what he can do...talk.
Trump went broke in 3 Casinos. How damn stupid do you have to be to do that? He stole from his charity and paid a 2 million dollar fine. He is also not allowed to be involved in a charity again, That what you mean about presidential? How about his paying a 25 million dollar settlement in the phony Trump University scam. Is that presidential?

That is pretty comical, if you drive down the Henry Hudson in New York you would think Trump owns every other building, but in fact, he paid the actual owners just to hang a sign saying "Trump Appartments," or "Trump Condo's," why he is a joke in NYC
