No, not criticism, lying. Jones lied about the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting, saying they were crisis actors, which resulted in the survivors and their families getting death threats. Defamation of character includes lie that results in the public damage of a person's reputation, especially when it puts their lives in danger.
No, inciting the public is not meaningless. It is illegal to incite a crowd to commit violent acts, which is something Jones did.

Yes - i've read that "explanation" many times and it makes no sense. Why in the name of god would the sandy hook killings be classed not as murders but as "state police misc". It is insane and you are a moron for falling for the story.

The FBI is telling us - it didn't happen.

If the FBI thinks it didn't happen, why didn't they just come out and say so? And why did they include the victims in Connecticut’s statewide records?
Isn't more likely that they considered it "state police misc" because it was a mass shooting, rather than an ordinary homicide? I agree that's kind of strange, but it makes way more sense than the FBI thinking it didn't happen
