It does not work that way. there have been many impeachments throughout history. Most have been for judges. None of them had a vote first. There is simply no requirement for a vote. It is absolutely not a requirement. Pelosi stated it is a formal impeachment investigation.
You are asking for 2 votes. .Vote in the beginning before you have investigated and then vote intelligently once the evidence is gathered.

4 of the last five judges, going back to 1986, were appointed by Democrats. 1 of those 4 criminals went on to be elected in a majority minority district in Florida.

I have no idea why anyone would be surprised by this. Reducing the tax liability on the wealthy and affluent is the primary goal of the Republican Party. The only legislation of any consequence Trump and the GOP could pass was their tax cuts for the rich scheme. And that was after years of hollering that they were going to repeal and replace Obamacare and build a 2,000 mile long, big beautiful wall.

How is letting someone keep more of what is theirs a scheme? You don't have a problem with poor people getting more from the system than they put in. Why do you have a problem with those that have been funding it keeping more of what is THEIRS?

This goes as far back as when the slaves were freed………………

They never wanted to pay taxes. It's how the wealthy gained their fortunes. The more the wealthy groaned that the government was using tax dollars to feed and house Blacks the more their racist supporters hated the government.

It's been a scam from day one...………..but a lot of americans have fallen prey to the false notion of "I want to keep my money, not let the government have it'.
