At this point, revolutionary change would simply amount to peaceful regime change in urban cities, accompanied by aggressive policing, armed neighborhood watches, and a focus on strengthening family units.

PA has a law that unless you possess a concealed carry permit, when carrying a handgun, it must be must be openly displayed and unloaded.

Argument from randU fallacy. There were only 11,750 murders in the United States in 2017 (latest figures collated, source FBI).
Of these, 403 were shot by a rifle (including the AR-15). 7200 were shot by a handgun. Most of these were gang murders. Gang members don't honor any gun laws.

There are some 300 million guns in the United States. Guess what they WEREN'T doing?
Hint: They are not part of any of these numbers.
