No he doesn't. Look how pissed he got and refused to clarify what the genders were. He only said there were at least three because he didn't want to upset non-binary people and knew that this was an "edgy" gotcha question. The question also ignores any potential differences between sex and gender.
Biden also isn't a Leftist, but that's another issue.

TBH, I think the Trumpsters here care more about labels than they do about issues. I see myself as a Leftist because I think Democracy is more important than Capitalism. But if the Left refuses to see me as a Leftist because I believe there are two genders, or because I believe in ethnostates, then whatever. Relying on labels are for weak-minded NPCs, anyway.
