The correct way, righties, to say it is: “As we say in the report, and as I said in the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.” There has been no exoneration.

Of course.....Mueller did not exonerate anyone. He don't have the power or authority to claim someone innocent...all he can do is indict the guilty when sufficient evidence of their guilt is proved. In this nation of LAWS...everyone is innocent until someone like Mueller PROVES THEM GUILTY of a crime. LMAO Of course ALZHEIMER MULLER did not exonerate anyone. He could not even indict...due to a lack of evidence.

Instead of a headline from the left that should read...MULLER INDICTS......its now being spun that MUELLER COULD NOT EXONERATE. Meaning that it was apparently the MISSION of Muller to prove the innocence instead of proving guilt.
