Abortion is an abomination. The Supreme Court cannot create law out of thin air. Roe vs. Wade was not about laws, it was about jurisprudence writing laws from the bench. That is unconstitutional.

If you had a brain, which you do not, you could understand the OBVIOUS.

Can you imagine the shrill outcry if a Conservative court ruled that all gun laws are unconstitutional and Americans have a right to any weapons they choose? STFU clown.

Noticed you didn't address the question, if legality is your bottom line in defining what is right and wrong, or as you repeatingly tell us defending Trump's behavior, "what law did he break," then logically you have no problem with abortion cause if you did you would be a hypocrite applying absolutes only where they suit your purpose

The difference between the Steele Dossier and other hypothetical foreign-acquired opposition research portfolios is that one of them was used to launch an illegal counterintelligence probe for the purposes of spying on a presidential campaign, and for gaining even more information to potentially leak to the media alongside the opposition research itself.

When did you demand an investigation and cry about Hillary's dishonest acts snowflake? Hillary PAID for foreign actors to concoct a lie filled salacious dossier in an effort to destroy the opposition. Why is what Trump said unacceptable? How is what Hillary and her campaign did acceptable?

The Act and Commission regulations include a broad prohibition on foreign national activity in connection with elections in the United States. 52 U.S.C. § 30121 and generally, 11 CFR 110.20. In general, foreign nationals are prohibited from the following activities:

Making any contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or making any expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement in connection with any federal, state or local election in the United States;

Making any contribution or donation to any committee or organization of any national, state, district, or local political party (including donations to a party nonfederal account or office building account);

Making any disbursement for an electioneering communication;

Making any donation to a presidential inaugural committee.

Persons who knowingly and willfully engage in these activities may be subject to an FEC enforcement action, criminal prosecution, or both.

There are key differences between the infamous dossier and the hypothetical situation Trump was asked about by ABC's George Stephanopoulos.

For one, Steele was working for a U.S. company and not a foreign government. During the 2016 presidential primary, Fusion GPS, a Washington, D.C.-based research firm, was hired by the conservative outlet Washington Free Beacon to do opposition research on Trump on behalf of a Republican opposed to the businessman’s candidacy. When the Beacon pulled out of the deal, Fusion approached Perkins Coie, a law firm representing the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign, and asked if it would like to fund it. In April 2016, the firm agreed and Fusion continued its work, hiring Steele to investigate potential ties between Trump and the Russian government.
