26 U.S.C. 6103 - No need for PC, there is never a need for PC to investigate.
You really think the IRS which is run by the President is just going to turn over the returns?
You really think the IRS which is run by the President is just going to turn over the returns? You don't think this will end up in a court battle?
Minuchin won't release them, duh

THIS, it will take a bout 6 months.
I think they are legally required to by law. I do not see any argument that will not be summarily rejected by the court.

Has the law ever been challenged in court?
Can you cite the number of times Congress has exercised this power?
Do you and the democrat party really want to go down this path? Do you not realize the hell you will unleash? You don't see any scenario where this could bite the democrats in the ass?
Or are you so singularly focused on trying to get Trump impeached and thrown out of office you have lost sight of everything else?
You people never learn. But, you never disappoint. You make it so easy to predict your actions
Well, if you don't see it, then I don't see how you could possibly be wrong. I mean you couldn't see how Mueller wouldn't find COLLUSION so.................
you don't get to see an American citizens tax returns just because you want to

1) Never been challenged that I know of, it its like challenging the speed limit, no likely legal grounds for a challenge.
2) I'm sure its been used, just never against the president. But again, so what? The law is the law regardless of how rarely its used.
3) I want the Democrats to go down this path, because I want transparency in government.
4) What am I losing sight of? I think all presidents should disclose their taxes.
Do you realize the precedent you are setting by letting Trump get away with so much? Do you see a way that could bite you in the ass later?
