Nick Sandmann's Lawyer Files $250 MILLION Lawsuit Against the Washington Post

Stupid fuck still lacks the brain power to predict a potential outcome preceded by a hypothetical situation. Ask your down syndrome son (again), maybe he can dumb it down enough (this time) for you to understand.:rofl2:

No examples from your make believe world, I see.

I’ll give you a hint, parrot. You won’t be able to because your concocted “reality” is just fairytale bullshit.

Run off, punk. You and your fake reality are boring me.

1) No one should respect a charlatan of any age.
2) He stood there and let the fucker incase his space. That is textbook turning of the cheek, because Chief Spreading Bull deserved a good punch in the face.
3) You're a real POS for posting this crap.

You triggered? :rofl2:

Even other Catholic faith leaders commented that this wasn't handled in the best way, for example, "Rick Blackwell, president of DeSales High School in south Louisville, said his school sent 15 boys and two chaperones. None of the Louisville group was near where the Covington Catholic students were that afternoon. But he said the incident will be the focus of a school-wide discussion Tuesday about how to respect other people and "ways to be a witness to your values." The point won't be to criticize the Covington Catholic teens, but to remind the DeSales students how to respond and respect the views of others, "even if you disagree," Blackwell said.

You going to criticize that Catholic school for posting an opinion different from yours?

This whole story had its fifteen minutes of fame and was forgotten as soon as the next big thing came along. Yet right at the beginning the parents hired a conservative PR company, RunSwitch PR, to keep it in the news. RunSwitch PR put out a statement... "Asked about its role, RunSwitch released a statement saying that the firm "has been retained by the Sandmann family to offer professional counsel with what has become a national media story. We are working with the family to ensure an accurate recounting of events which occurred this past weekend.”

Then the next thing we hear is that these greedy parents filed a lawsuit for $250,000,00... $250,000,000... because their precious little snowflake had a couple of days of national publicity. This is greed on steroids. This isn't a suit asking for damages due to injury, death or property damage. It's GREED and REVENGE and you are too damn dumb to realize it.

Why are you and your ilk leaving out the fact that this all started with the taunts from the Hebrew Israelites, not Nathan Phillips?

Maybe you should get your priest's opinion on whether Sandmann represented his school and his faith in the best way. And your lack of charity toward Phillips says a lot about you too, loser.

There is no “potential outcome” to make believe, dumbfuck.

Why do you insist on continuing your self-humiliation, Polly? :rofl2:

Respect what? getting drummed in the face?

You do know "turning the other cheek" is more then JUST physically turning the cheek
It's a non-violent response as well

No disrespect but it looks like you would not be happy unless he ...what..? started drumming too?

Yes I know the non-physical meaning of turning the other cheek, it's what I was alluding to in my comment. At this point I would have been happy to know that this minor incident was all in the past and that there was no death, injury or other damage. People don't have to file lawsuits just because they were pissed off about something. This kid was yesterday's news until the lawsuit.

There is literally no better way of handling that situation than the way The Sandmann did. At all.

You're being a lying POS on this. Chief Spreading Bull brought this fake news to WaPo, which is why the focus is on him rather than the lowlife Black Hebrew Israelites. WaPo was negligent in spreading fake news, which resulted in your cuddly leftist friends attacking the Sandmann and issuing the usual death threats.

Yes, 3D, there was a better way of handling it, a much better way. He could have taken the road David Hogg took and asked for an apology.

Where were you and your phony RW cohorts when Hogg and the Parkland activist kids were slandered, libeled, defamed and mocked to hell and back in the RW media? I don't recall the outcry from you when your favorite RW rags compared David to Hitler. What I do remember is the RWNJs here claiming Hogg was a paid actor, that his father was a deep state pawn, that he never attended Parkland, that he was getting rejected by colleges, on and on ad nauseum. Oh yeah, he and his family also received the usual death threats.

I haven't see a single report that David and his family are suing Breitbart et al. for one dollar, let alone $250,000,000.

So take your phony piety and stuff it, you ignorant hypocrite. You're no better than the pieces of shit who dragged David Hogg through the mud. Ponder that, loser.

What lies were told about Hogg and his anti-Constitution cohorts? Regarding the situation, I was referring to your criticism of The Sandmann standing in place rather than fleeing from the scene. I should point out that 1) fleeing is not turning the cheek and 2) his bus stop was not anywhere else he could have fled to.

The fact is, the Sandmann family has ground to sue more than just WaPo, because fake news is more than just one rag. Boss Hogg does not have ground, or the attention whore would have used someone.

Right off the bat the RWNJs claimed Hogg was a crisis actor and posted cropped photos of his yearbook to insinuate he wasn't even a student at the school. I guess you "forgot" those two lies.

Furthermore, Hogg and his fellow activists aren't "anti-Constitution" just because you said they are. Their school was the target of gun violence and they have every right to speak out about it. Speaking out, a right guaranteed them under One A.

I'm pretty sure I never used the words "flee the scene" in reference to Sandmann, that's just more of your dishonesty.

The fact is, Hogg and his family have more grounds to sue right-wing media than Sandmann ever had against WaPo. The facts also show that Sandmann and his parents are greedy hacks trying to profit from a minutes'-long standoff that didn't result in damage to lives or property. Maybe your mantra is "greed is good."

Maybe your mantra is, you just hate the Bill of Rights, so, Hogg can do no wrong, and The Sandmann can do no right.

WaPo is going to lose this suit. Its penchant for fake news finally caught-up with it. How little do you think the payout should be if $250k is excessive? FYI, the lawsuit has nothing to do with Chief Spreading Bull getting into Sandmann's face. He doesn't work for WaPo.

You're ignoring the fact that Hogg was defamed and lied about, I guess that's because you're conservative and he's liberal.

Maybe in the conservative universe only they are justified in filing outrageous lawsuits because someone's feelings got hurt. Sandmann's family hired a PR firm and are trying to get $250 million, and you're good with it.

How much should Hogg sue Breitbart, Infowars, Gateway Pundit and the rest of the RW fake news for libeling him, is it worth, say, $255 million?

Show me how unwavering your standards are when it comes to the defamation of a liberal kid v. a conservative kid, 3D.

Not shocking that Christie can't tell the difference in the two situations.

1) Hogg took what happened at his school and sought to take advantage of it by promoting himself as a 'gun expert', spewing forth all the normal left wing idiocy about guns. Running around from one talk show to the next screaming, shouting, raising his fist like a little fucking idiot. So yeah, he got mocked. The media didn't go after him for standing in a spot. The ones that did go after him did so AFTER he made himself into a crusader against guns with his idiotic rants.

2) Sandman did what? Stood still. Got bashed non stop by liberal morons who once again jumped to the conclusion the MEDIA led you to believe was reality. The MEDIA brought it on him. The MEDIA doxed him. The MEDIA lied about him.

Flee an old man with a tom tom? :rofl2:

Seriously... after all the shit about that kid we saw quoted here, from those sources, he *should* sue them.... if the smirking spoiled brat Sandmann can get away with it, why not?

I bet it's because one of them is a man. The other is a MAGA-hat wearing sissy.
