No I'm speaking about the Border Funding Act of 2017.

I offered video evidence of trump promising to apologize to Hannity, and his minions if Mexico didn't fund the wall. Pretty hard to refute that...huh?

That was two months after my video of him promising to apologize if Mexico didn't pay for the wall. It's as much of a lie as his original promise. Why hasn't he simply carried through on that promise? Because it's illegal?

And how did he expect a "$5 billion - $10 billion one time payment" to pay for a $30 billion wall?
