Conservatives drinking themselves to death out of DESPAIR

This is a perfect example of what my link is talking about.

Conservatives are so distraught that they underachieved in life that they go on message boards anonymously and exaggerate their personal stations in life because if they were to confront the fact that they've accomplished nothing, they'd kill themselves.

That's why the pill-billy wife beaters and coal bumpkins voted for trump. For some reason he's never invited any of them to Mar-o-Lago for golf and lobster.

Go figure.

That was in the stats of Trump voters YOU POSTED!

Dude....you posted Trump voter stats that proved his base of support are uneducated (71% lack a college degree), Poor (62% under $75K), middle aged and older (55% 50+) white trash (88% white).

That is what you asked for. Your question was "who makes up the Trump base?"

You are saying those who have a high school diploma or "some college" are uneducated? That is 2/3 of American adults. None of the studies label these voters "uneducated." They list them as "without a college degree." The "uneducated" is a just a negative label used to apply to all those Democratic and Republican voters without a degree.

Trump won white college graduates 49-45%. Voters with "some college," a "college degree," or "postgraduate degree" made up 67% of Trump's voters.

They might be "poor," but the two lowest income groups voted Democratic and Trump won a plurality of all voters over $50,000. I remember when Democrats used to champion low income voters, now they seem ashamed of them.

Under $30,000: Clinton 53% v. 41% Trump
$30,000-49,999: Clinton 51% v. 47% Trump
$50,000-99,999: Trump 50% v. 46% Clinton
$100,000-199,999: Trump 48% v. 47% Clinton
$200,000-249,999: Trump 49% v. 48% Clinton
$250,000-or more: Trump 48% v. 46% Clinton

"The Republican Party made deep inroads into America’s middle-class communities in 2016. Although many middle-class areas voted for Barack Obama in 2008, they overwhelmingly favored Donald Trump in 2016, a shift that was a key to his victory. Meanwhile, Democrats had more success retaining a loose “coalition” of lower-income and upper-income communities."

To what other political affiliation do middle-aged, uneducated, largely poor, white people belong and vote?

You even helped prove that point when you posted the facts of Trump's support!

I know many middle-age (and older) white people who are racist and very conservative who would never consider voting for anybody but Democrats---mostly union guys.

I think you are mistakenly assuming white middle-age working class people are low income--many working class people make very good money. Poor people have very low voter turnout.

So Conservatives are scum then since they're the ones who would say they'd happily attend a public lynching.

I only heard one conservative say that. Since many liberals want conservative white people to die, they are equally scum.

No, greed and religion cause most of the world's problems. Two things you make excuses for because they're central to the belief system to which you've attached yourself.

When have I ever said anything about greed or religion? You make stuff up based on your biased and bigoted perceptions of others--no different than someone who has negative stereotypes of minorities, gays, immigrants,

So he's a troll.

And you support and defend him.

So what does that make you?

You have never seen me support or defend him; yet, you continue to say that about me. It says something about your logic and ability to reason and differentiate; instead, relying on simplistic black and white descriptions.

How are liberals willing to restrict "freedumbs" of Conservatives?

Free speech on college campuses for speakers they don't like. Liberals are more likely to want to prohibit offensive, racist, or hate speech of anybody (liberal or conservative).

There you go, lumping in all low income voters with poor white trash.

Trump won the poor white trash vote, which is the same group of people to whom this article about rising mortality rates is referring.

Way to try and gaslight the whole fucking thing just because you don't want to admit that poor white trash are drinking themselves to death out of despair.

I know many middle-age (and older) white people who are racist and very conservative who would never consider voting for anybody but Democrats---mostly union guys.

You should know by now that anecdotes don't count in a debate.

The stats show that poor white trash voted for Trump. And it's not even close.

In fact, Democrats have not won a majority of the white vote in a national election since 1964. Gee, I wonder why that is...?

I think you are mistakenly assuming white middle-age working class people are low income--many working class people make very good money. Poor people have very low voter turnout.

Poor white trash turned out to vote for Trump. Gee, I wonder why...?

I only heard one conservative say that. Since many liberals want conservative white people to die, they are equally scum.

Only one? Yet, how many Republicans voted for her? 486,000 Republicans said they were OK with her public lynching comments.

What liberals want Conservative white people to die? Do you have to go "both sides" so you don't have to admit one side is utter trash and doing so would mean the facade of "both siderism" would be shattered if you did admit it?

So how is this whole debate not ultimately about you and your ego?

You have never seen me support or defend him; yet, you continue to say that about me. It says something about your logic and ability to reason and differentiate; instead, relying on simplistic black and white descriptions.

I don't understand why you are attacking me for binary thinking when you're the one championing the faulty "both sides" rhetoric.

Free speech on college campuses for speakers they don't like.

How so?

Are we going to get into this again where you pretend people protesting is the same thing as silencing speech?

"Why won't the college allow Nazis to speak freely" has got to be the dumbest fake concern trolling ever.

Liberals are more likely to want to prohibit offensive, racist, or hate speech of anybody (liberal or conservative).

Who was it who told the Dixie Chicks to "shut up and sing"?

Who was it who told Lebron James to "shut up and dribble"?

Who was it who told NFL players to "shut up and stand for the anthem"?

Seriously...go fuck yourself.

What a racist you are to think "poor white trash" is any worse than poor black trash or poor brown trash; or, to make bigoted generalizations about any people because they are low income. I guess you only like rich people.

However, you are missing the point. Higher income voters were more likely to vote Trump than Clinton and Clinton got a larger share of the vote from lower income. Lower income is lower income, regardless of their race. You are the one who thinks they are trash--I don't look down my nose at those with lower incomes.

Not me, I didn't tell anybody to shut up. You always attribute views to me I do not hold. Forget Nazis (who have the same free speech rights as anyone else), but look at colleges who had to cancel speakers or were shouted down because of the anti-free speech fascists--Condoleeza Rice, Henry Kissinger, Nicholas Dirks, John Brennan, Janet Mock, etc, etc, etc.
