Another Bigoted Liberal Law Illegally Discriminating Against Only One Religion

There is one God. There are many gods, all false. There is one God of the universe, who is indeed the God of the Bible. Jesus was God's son, and equally God, the Gospel of John confirms it he was there at the beginning, as was the Holy Spirit, God. The Triune Godhead

All gods are false except for yours. I get it.

Who told you that? The Bible?

“The Bible is the word of God"
"How can you be sure it's the word of God?"
"Because the Bible tells us so"
"Why believe the Bible?
"The Bible is infallible"
"How do you know it's infallible?"...

Every belief system not rooted in science and empiricism is insanity. Ultimate reality insofar as we know is what we see in telescopes, radiotelescopes, results of scientific experiments, laws of physics,
and fossil records, math, statistics, logic etc.

All else is total bullshit, not just Christianity, but including it. If you want to believe in God, then call it performance art or something. Cuz maybe you think its beautiful or makes you happy.

But it isn't real.

Any ultimate claim about reality begins with a faith commitment. Some skeptics are willing to admit this point. Take Crispin Sartwell for example, who explains in his Atlantic article how he has taken an "atheist leap of faith." He concedes that religious folk and non-religious folk all have a faith commitment to how they understand the world (which means all folk are religious, by the way!).

The Christian begins with a belief that God exists and that he has revealed himself. That is no more or less religious than Carl Sagan's famous quote, "The cosmos is all that is, or ever was, or ever will be." The question for thinking people is which one is true: either a world that began in chance, is governed by nothing, and is heading nowhere, or one that filled with purpose and meaning because there is a Creator, an intelligence, behind it all.

Wolverine...ANY ULTIMATE CLAIM ABOUT THE REALITY...begins with a blind guess about its nature.

People like you call your blind guess...a 'BELIEF."

You demand that others respect your blind guess...because you call it a "belief."

You compound that bullshit by insisting your blind guess HAS TO BE CORRECT...and you call that stone-headedness...FAITH.

As for Carl Sagan...keep in mind that he specifically described himself as an AGNOSTIC.

For the sake of argument let's all assume God exists. What does God have to say about gay marriage?

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.

Romans 1:26-27 ESV / 5,388 helpful votes

For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
Mark 10:6-9 ESV / 3,484 helpful votes
But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Awesome, so, Christians don't believe gays can be married, right?

Not what I said, obviously they are being married. I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. Call sodomite marriage something else.

I didn't ask you what you believed because what you believe doesn't matter. What does God have to say on the issue? You've read the Bible, right?

You keep saying that, I say you are wrong.

I definitely am not wrong.

YOU are making a guess that there is a god (has to be a god, in order to explain the universe)...and further guessing that you know what pleases and offends that god.

NOTHING BUT BLIND GUESSES.

Even so your blind faith statement takes faith!

I do not need "faith" to come up with "in base ten, 2 + 2 = 4...and neither do you.

YOU do need "faith" (which is to say you have to be stone-headed about your blind guesses) on the question of the existence of gods and their nature.

Try to keep up.

Oh, my...your Bible says something completely different from my Bibles. My Bibles say the actual quote from Leviticus is:

"If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them shall be
put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their
lives."
Leviticus 20:13

That is the quote you are using to justify your position on the matter...right?

C'mon, Wolverine...get your game in order.

Paul was also condemning pagan temple prostitution in that verse.

First you quoted a different verse than what I shared so of course they are different, but say the same thing, secondly the Bible is inspired by God written by man so yes it is Gods word.
