Employee workplace accommodation is entirely different than the Civil Rights laws concerning public accommodation.
You can no more refuse service to gays than you can blacks or any religious group based on their membership in that group. I can't make it any simpler than that for a cretin of your stature.
Workplace accommodation happens all the time. Whether it be for certain handicaps or for religious purposes. My company gives Sundays off for certain Christians who object to working on that day. The same for the Muslim truck driver. That blows your "Christian victim" theory all to hell.
