Then maybe they need some direct action against them.

Carlson’s son doused Granados with wine. Avenatti said Granados threw his drink at the son in retaliation.
“Tucker threatened me with physical violence and told me to ‘Go back to where you came from,’ before another patron started filming,” Granados said in his statement.
The 43-second video, whose author has not been publicly identified, is largely a cacophony of overlapping voices and jangling cutlery punctuated by Carlson’s f-bombs.
“Why should I get out of here? I live here.” Granados says a few seconds before a man wheels toward him from Carlson’s side, appears to grab his collar and lifts him into the camera frame.
“Hey! Hey!” an onlooker yells. “Please! There’s no excuse for violence

Yep...I'm sure it started with Carlson's son.

You people are fucking sub-human.

You do you. I am just pointing out the "considering bringing charges" thing is pretty laughable when Tucker never touched him. It is an annoyance charge only slightly above "disturbing the peace" or "use of profanity" when people have nothing else to go on. The use of profanity gets you a $15 fine and court costs. I had the better part of a day wasted being subpoenaed to court by some public defender when a mother and daughter were going at it two doors down from my apartment. The police interviewed me and all I could say was I heard a bunch of yelling. Didn't see who was involved and couldn't hear what they were actually saying. Yet dipshit public defender decided to subpoena me like I was the love child of some superhero who could hear and see through walls because he wasn't going to take the time to actually learn anything about the case. That case had like 20 witnesses and took forever. I then looked it up afterwards and saw they barely had to pay anything. The only reason I could do that was that it ended up in general district by mistake instead of J&D
