Stretch is probably more responsible for the disseminating of Conservative propaganda that prompted Sayoc to do this than anyone.

We even have an example in this very thread of Stretch lying about Sayoc's political affiliation in order to take the heat off Conservatives and their violent rhetoric.

Stretch bears just as much responsibility as Sayoc does, because Stretch is continuing to lie in order to gin up anger and redirect that anger away from those who are responsible, to those who aren't.

He could have a combined ancestry of Seminole and also Filipino (last name Sayoc common in the Philippines).
Quite a lot of both cultures in Miami. In my childhood neighborhood (the 60's) our neighbors across the street were the Domingos. Mr. Domingo was from the Philippines and his wife was half Seminole, had 4 great kids to play with.
