The Constitution of the United States for the federal government, the constitutions of the several States for each of the several States, the constitutions (usually called 'charters') of the various counties within that State, and the constitutions (usually called 'charters') of the city governments within those counties.
 
A democracy has no constitution. It is mob rule. They usually fail very quickly, falling into an oligarchy or an outright dictatorship form of government. A republic has a constitution. That is actually the definition of a republic.

The UK is not a republic and does not have a codified constitution. It hasn't fallen into an oligarchy or a dictatorship yet. :)

Actually the USSR did have a constitution. It didn't mean jack shit but they did have one.
