He is no originalists and being one is stupid. When the constitution was written, the writers knew it would not serve all the changes and differences that were sure to come with time.It is a blueprint, not a bible.

I partly blame Michele Obama for the election loss. She kept on saying"when they go low, we go high'. That was not where the election was fought. Daffy took it to lows that nobody could believe. In Trump talk "the lowest election ever'. He used name caling like a malevolent teenager. He lied and enjoyed it. Repubs voted for a guy who called fellow repugs "lying Ted", Lazy ,sleepy Jeb,insulted Cruz's wife and said his father was connected to JFK assasination and Crooked Hillary among others. You guys thought that was presidential.
So now a Dem says he will "figuratively kick Trump and you are all upset. Sorry rightys, that is all phony, fake shit and we all see it.
He also lies the other direction calling kavanaugh the number one student at yale. They do not give grades. You get credut, low pass, pass ,or honors. No GPA' In undergraduate, he was given "cum laude'. that is below "magna cum laude and Summa cum laude. So trump is lying about that too.
