You think it's just now "seeping" into the SC? Kagan and Sotomayor are out in the media today complaining that the SC may no longer have a swing vote. Why would the SC need a swing vote if it's full of impartial justices?

I'm sure they all have their particular persuasions like the rest of us, but they don't wear it on their sleeves. Kav's rant about "The Clintons" and "Trump's Election", and "The Left" eliminated any doubt that he could be an IMPARTIAL judge.

If I was a Country that couldn't defeat the US Militarily, I would try and find a different means. A good example would be the 9/11 Terrorists. Using American Planes to destroy the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Using our own assets against us.

Turning the US into a 'Red Team/Blue Team' sporting-type mentality divides the Country to where it becomes paralyzed.

(Any chance Blue Team will cut Trump a little slack when it comes to his finances?)

Do you ever have any doubt how Kagan and Sotomayor are going to rule on a case? The SC has never been impartial.

They were confirmed with Republican votes. They didn't rant about a 'Right-wing Conspiracy'. They had the ability to appear 'impartial', Kav ... not so much.
