It needs redrafting. As long as tards can dig their heels in claim originalist ideology,

I buy their interpretation of the second amendment in the main, and its dumb as shit for policy. But the prefatory language is not the order, it is irrelevant.
It clearly says the right shall not be infringed. That is the law. But they had no idea what arms are today. Never occurred to them.
So the mistake is making it so hard to amend.

Aren't you in the least troubled that we in the 3rd millennium under "self-rule" have higher taxes, and fewer Liberties than our 18th Century forebears did as royal subjects? They were so outraged by a 2.2% tax they conducted a bloody Revolution to get rid of it?
