Do not get it yet. An FBI investigation would just look for evidence and interview people who were there. Their function is not to draw conclusions, just to show their findings to the Senate. every investigation is prompted by an allegation. That's how it is done.

THAT was one of the amazing highlights of his testimony. Why he ever did that is beyond me...and today, is probably beyond him also.
