I'm not calling for internal affairs or anything associated with LE. no review boards junk noise either

I'm talking about a mandatory review by a states atty that can level criminal/civil rights violations/charges for cause..

It already happens,but only when there is enough publicity for a DA to get involved -this would ensure allcitizens are protected against police violence

Absolutely, which is why I say the power of the state to slaughter unarmed black folk - or anyone else, the state used private thugs, dogs and fire hoses on DAPL protesters - in the streets is as much an issue for me as it is for black folk. Ditto with poverty, mass incarceration, convict labor leasing; all of it is the power of the state to economically enslave a population by our current low profile/high tech surveillance state.

An affidavit indicates a man identified as Uvaldo Perez got out of a car and became combative with Guyger and another officer. A struggle began and Guyger fired her Taser at Perez, who wrested the weapon away from her. Guyger then drew her gun and shot Perez in the abdomen, the affidavit says. Guyger was not charged in the case.
