A previously deported illegal immigrant from Honduras who raped a little girl in Philadelphia after being let loose by police instead of being handed over to ICE has pleaded guilty to illegally reentering the US.

He was released from custody in 2015 but was not turned over to ICE to deport

As a sanctuary city, Philadelphia police departments do not comply with ICE detainers

This isn't a choice to be made. His racist attitude towards blacks, and Hispanics doesn't change anything. Are you suggesting we should let everyone suffer without aid, because some you let in won't be nice. If it was Jesus, he'd feed, and help them. Then if for some reason they robbed, or attacked him, he still would have done it all over again. I've given money to people in need, knowing full well the possibility they could just blow it on drugs, or use it to buy alcohol, or gamble. You don't deny anyone because of what if. It's a fear reflex that can darken your heart to those really in need.

This wasn't a refugee, it was a previously deported illegal alien.
