Not fair to make a blanket statement, that Trumpettes are not educated. The fact is overall, the Trumpies are less educated than the people who are proud of America and vote left. Some educated people are greedy enough to let the country go to hell if trump puts money in theiir pockets. They voted for trump. Some people are more susceptible to propaganda and actuaily believe Trumps lies. Some are lifetime Repubs, like Comey and Mueller who have to see a lot to move from the Repugs. Trump is providing it.

We worked around that by installing a sump-pump. It was as automatic as your toilet tank, and it kept my basement dry enough to keep the wood paneling fresh.

You can keep swapping out the buckets catching the leaks in the roof, or you can patch the leak in the roof.

BUT !!

Simply having a sump-pump isn't enough. It has to be located properly, needs adequate drainage to draw water from anywhere that may threaten your building, and should expel effluent to "daylight", or it may merely trickle back in, and eventually overwhelm the system.

If it's a shed, put it on stilts, with a PT ramp.

My basement didn't leak when I moved in and I have a new metal roof on my house and garage that doesn't leak. They put in a development above me and I now get the drainage, add to that the road construction and I am getting a lot of unexpected water. I am familiar with sump pumps, but so far, I don't need one. The shed is built on a cement foundation and has never had the volume of water it has now and I've lived here for 30 years. I may have to check into a way of draining water away from my foundation. I have friends in the construction business I'm sure can help.

I thought you agreed with the posters who insulted Trump voters as uneducated, etc. If you are insulted by the suggestion that the Jersey Shore crowd is dumbed down maybe you should not be so quick to put that label on others. After all, Ocean County voted for Trump 64%.

Fact is, MOST Internet political commentary...is juvenile. Sorta matches the kinds of political commentary that spews from our president.

There's a difference between stupidity and ignorance.

It appears Trump voters may be richly populated with either, or both.

Trump himself is a spectacularly ignorant world leader, and more or less a one-trick pony.

There's no denying Trump is not merely media s a v v y , but is also skilled at media manipulation; a champion of the twittersphere.

Unfortunately, that's not enough to successfully preside over the planet's ultra-power for 4 years.
