Red Hen Owner Resigns In Disgrace From Local Org After Kicking Out Sarah

There was room inside for a man named Daniel, however, whose name someone exclaimed as he walked through the side entrance. The Red Hen is the kind of neighborhood joint with regulars, another of whom smiled at her chipper waiter and said softly, “We’re so happy to be here.” Her fellow diners murmured in agreement.

I also liked this from the article. Oops, blows up the lies that Toxic told about the restaurant's patrons being the owner's buddies, and it being on the verge of ruin.

"But by the next evening, everyone had vanished. Though traces of controversy remain, the Red Hen’s primary identity as a simple farm-to-table restaurant seems poised to return.

"This would probably please managers — who declined to comment and asked that we not “disturb” guests when we dined there for this story — but it is hard not to notice that the restaurant may be seeing an uptick in business from the attention. A sign on the front doors both Thursday and Friday announced that the Red Hen had been fully booked for the evening and, according to an employee, the same would be true on Saturday.

"As general manager Becca Adams swept muddy rainwater off a side patio about 20 minutes before the restaurant was scheduled to open on Friday, a couple of visitors approached to see if they might be squeezed in. No dice. The intimate space seats just 26 people, reflecting the cozy feel of a rural Virginia town with a population of about 7,000."

Lol, somebody doesn’t like news that doesn’t match up with her positions? Sorry
Just fairy tales, according to your recent definition. No real "proof"....just individual interpretations of what was printed....
For example, we can take an educated guess about what her good friend was gong to report to the news about the "resignation".
We all would know what would be reported to keep in line with the all-booked sign on the door....
Ideal and imaginary stories from the msm? Maybe even fabricated narratives...who really knows?

I think small often times improves the quality. Our favorite restaurant seats only about 30 people.

Agree. Our favorite Italian place where we used to live was within walking distance, and only seated a couple dozen inside. They also had an outdoor dining area in a rose garden, but city ordinances prevented them from serving wine and other alcoholic beverages so few ppl dined out there. Their food was exquisite. What type does your favorite serve?

OH SO RICH IN IRONY AND HYPOCRISY.

What's even funnier is watching liberals lap it up. :D

Reach and stretch and reach and stretch. Do you feel this way about every news story you read?

You ought to change your screen name from Toxic to Stretch II since you do so much of it. Your hypocrisy in accusing others of reading into stuff is likewise hilarious.

I can't answer for others, but I am skeptical and apply the same critical questioning to all "news", regardless of the source. It's called cynicism or using deductive analytic skills, depending on your perspective.

Are you saying that you are prepared to believe Sonia Rao, who editorializes for the Bezos-owned ultra-liberal Washington Post, who offers a tale of "a man named Daniel" and Elizabeth Outland Branner, who as Assistant Dean for Law School Advancement at Washington & Lee School of Law presumably knows what might happen if she says anything negative about a former colleague on the board of Main Street Lexington?
