Anyone who attacks a kid who did nothing to him is a scumbag -- but after seeing what this guy looks like -- he definitely a typical thug scumbag. There are times when a prosecutor will initially only use the lesser crime, until they complete the investigation and then tack on the more serious charges.

I had on a Trump t-shirt when I addressed a bunch of punks that thought it was a good idea to make inappropriate remarks to my daughter when she wore hers into a Starbucks. There were three of them and they ran like you would if you tried that shit.
