I think domer76 did a good job at a redefinition of 'Marriage', "Partners in a Personal Relationship". It doesn't mention "A Man and a Woman", it doesn't infer children, it doesn't reference a number.
3 lesbians could become 'Married'. Two guys and a woman could become 'Married'. 1 guy and three women could become 'Married'. I just said "Roommates", but I think I like domer76 definition better.

AND, your idea of removing 'marriage' and replacing it with 'Civil Union' is a great idea. Now, no one will have to argue about 'Marriage', because it will all be a Civil Union that is defined as "Partners in a Personal Relationship".

I think you and domer76 should run for Congress on this, I would vote for both of you!

Was there a flood or wasn't there? That is the argument not what Ballard did or didn't do! The facts are that the Bible records a great flood and modern science confirms there was a great flood. Did it cover the entire world of course not but 2000 years ago a persons world was only a few miles.

Rest assured that despite no license or permit being issued, if one of those breaks up, the process of dividing property will be the same as if it was a licensed marriage through the state.
