Red Hen Owner Resigns In Disgrace From Local Org After Kicking Out Sarah

The law is clear, and it is illegal to refuse service in a restaurant open to the public except in a very limited number of case, such as hygiene, dress code, or about to close.
This was a criminal act because it was deliberate harm, in violation of the law, and is like a lynching because there was no trial.

Read the law.

{...

Opportunity, and for other purposes.

Hope Slanders takes it to SCOTUS. That'll show everybody!

The law is clear, and refusing service was totally illegal.
It is equivalent to lynching, on a smaller scale, by avoiding law and trial, and attempting to punish someone directly yourself.

Your cite has nothing to do with this situation. Slanders is not disabled nor was she asked to leave because she belongs to a protected class.
