We expand immigration courts, fund the public defenders, resettle the refugees, enroll them in school and employ them at jobs, and then naturalize them and make them citizens.

Immigration was next up after those two, and as soon as Obamacare was signed into law those immigration talks started. They continued through 2011 and 2012, going into 2013 when the "Gang of 8" produced an immigration reform bill that Conservative members of that gang then voted to obstruct.

In 2011, they started immigration talks and those talks continued through 2012 and into 2013, when the "Gang of 8" finally produced an Immigration Reform bill that Republican members of that "Gang of 8" then voted to obstruct. Conservatives voted to obstruct their own bill simply because they didn't want to give Obama a legislative win.
