The stimulus was passed after Obama was sworn in...YOU SAID SO YOURSELF.
The CBO score was done on the stimulus after Obama was sworn in, and after the Stimulus was written...YOU SAID SO YOURSELF.
So you obviously don't know that time is linear. Things can't happen before they happen. Romer's prediction couldn't have been based on the CBO score because the CBO score was done after the Stimulus was written and before it was signed into law which was after Obama was sworn in.
You just torpedoed your own timeline and in doing so, you sabotaged your entire argument.

The claim was that unemployment wouldn't go above 8%. It it weren't for the unemployable blacks whose rate was much higher, it may have stayed below 8%. Since very few offer employable skills, blame them for driving it up.

After the Stimulus was written, it was scored by the CBO.
After it was scored by the CBO, it was passed.
So your claim, that they used Romer's prediction to pass the stimulus, was a lie of ignorance.
Finally, not sure why you're screeching about the stimulus when, after Obama's 8 years, we recovered all the jobs you lost and added 11 million more.
The plans for the stimulus were made prior to being sworn in. The statement about what it would do proves that.
Specifically, how did he add those jobs?
If he added them, that means he added almost 14 million to the food stamps rolls. Can't take credit for one and refuse to accept blame for the other.

Your original claim was that Obama made the prediction, then when you realized he didn't, you changed your argument to say it was Romer's prediction was used to pass the stimulus. But that's not the case since the Stimulus was written after Romer's claim, and after Obama was sworn in. Then the stimulus was scored by the CBO. At no point was Romer's prediction used to pass it.
