Not when it is Trump .Laws are for little people. Trump is allowed to cover up his health problems. No other president is allowed though.

I believe the records belong to the patient. That rule is just for record keeping, the patient can all his records at anytime.

Further, the Dr violated privilege, but of course that doesn't bother you.
